For measurement of the SO2 concentration in gas mixtures 3-032-R.. Before maintenance works are carried out it is absolutely necessary to know the gas quality. This special equipment allows precise measurement of SO2 in gas mixtures. Furthermore, this device is very resistant against contamination and SF6 decomposition products and is therefore a reliable instrument for each revision of circuit breakers.

For precise measurement 3-032-R003 During the operation of gas insulated switchgear decomposition products might occur after a breakdown which has a negative impact on the gas quality in the circuit breaker as well as on the insulation properties. For this reason the measurement of decomposition products is very important. The measurement can be carried out easily by means of test tubes and plastic bags. The following concentrations can be measured: Sulphur dioxide SO2: 1 to 500 ppmv Hydrogen fluoride HF: 1.5 to 15 ppmv Oil mist: 1 to 10 mg/m³ (0.16 to 1.6 ppmm) The device is supplied in a handy plastic case. Gastight couplings DN8 and DN20 are also included in the scope of supply.

For quick detection and quantification of small SF6 leaks 3-033-R200 LEAKSPY SF6 (Sensor length 300 mm) The cordless battery-operated LEAKSPY SF6 precisely measures SF6 concentration in air by means of a non dispersive infrared sensor (NDIR sensor) and indicates the value on a graphic display in ppmv. The device allows precise localisation of leaks by searching the highest SF6 concentration. Thanks to the high accuracy and the low detection limit it is possible to carry out integral measurements as well as measurements for determination of leakage rates.

For quick tracing of small SF6 leaks 3-033-R002 The cordless battery operated device measures in seven levels of sensitivity within a short response time. Even after the detection of large leaks the device returns to zero position quickly. The SF6 LeakPointer is easy to operate with one hand. Portable service unit for the handling of small SF6 gas quantities B160R92S16: SF6-Gas Service cart Operating voltage: 220 – 240 V/50Hz B160R92S15: SF6-Gas Service cart Operating voltage: 100 - 127 V/50-60 Hz und 220 - 240 V/60 Hz This compact service unit has been specially designed for very small gas quantities and is perfectly suited for applications such as SF6 gas handling on medical devices, electron microscopes or medium voltage components. The device includes all functions required for professional and emission-free SF6 gas handling such as: gas recovery down to < 10 mbar, purification during the recovery and filling process, gaseous storage in an internal vessel or external pressure tank, evacuation of air to < 10 mbar with automatic switch-off as well as automatic filling of the gas compartment until reaching the desired final pressure. All functions run fully automated and can be easily set on the coloured touch panel.
MINI SERIES
For efficient SF6 gas handling on small gas compartments The Mini Series is perfectly suited for gas handling of small gas compartments and gas reclaiming to < 5 mbar. This series even exceeds die IEC directives which are in effect and can compete with the more powerful series. We recommend using this series for small gas quantities. Oilfree compressors allow gas handling without contamination by oil residues. PICCOLO SERIES
SF6 gas reclaimer for switchgear with reduced filling quantities L030R02 The L030R02 model of the Piccolo series has been specially designed for modern switchgear with small gas compartments. Due to its compact construction this device fits conveniently onto a euro pallet for transport and is easily manoeuvrable even in the very narrow passage ways of gas insulated switchgear. The device is operated via a 3.5” colour touch panel where icons are clearly displayed and allow a quick overview of the entire process. The L030R02 gas reclaimer is equipped with a compact but high capacity compressor which enables SF6 reclaiming up to < 1 mbar – a value outperforming current IEC regulations by far. COMPACT SERIES
Starter Series for medium sized gas compartments B057R.. / B140R.. The service carts of the Compact series o er the best entry into professional gas handling. Equipped with the well-proven DILO components these service carts allow the recovery, filling, purification of SF6 gas, evacuation and venting of medium sized gas compartments. Depending on the device type, the Compact series allows gas recovery down to < 5 mbar or 1 mbar. Thus, this series considerably exceeds the IEC guideline 62271-4. This series o ffers semi-automatic operation via a 7“ touch screen and is the compact solution for emission-free gas handling. A protective cover with shading function combined with a swivelling control panel allows glare-free and ergonomic working at the optimum working height. MEGA SERIES
Service carts for large and extra large gas compartments L170R01 The L170 service cart has been developed to recover, evacuate, fill, purify and vent large to extra large SF6 gas compartments with high process reliability. Thus, a gas compartment with 1,000l and 5 bar pa can be recovered down to 1 mbar in only 38 minutes*) when using the DN40 coupling**). Thanks to the state-of-the art control all functions run automatically and are displayed on a 10“ touch panel. The operating software with intuitive user navigation in several languages makes operation very easy and comfortable. This service cart can be optionally operated via mobile devices such as a smartphone, tablet or laptop. Emission-free gas handling is the high standard for all DILO service carts. SF6 gas can be recovered down to a fi nal vacuum of < 1 mbar. When using the hermetically gastight couplings and connecting systems, emissions will not occur! The series also enables short recovery and evacuating times thanks to the existing DN20 / DN 40 couplings.

The integrated vacuum pump is the core component of the device. This vacuum pump evacuates the air down to < 1 mbar so that no air/gas mixture is produced during the subsequent filling process. The well proven DILO coupling principle ensures safe handling without emission. Using the 3-001-4-R022 version the filling weight can be registered comfortably by means of a weighing scale. The weight is indicated on the illuminated display which switches off automatically if the scales are not used for a certain time. Thanks to the tare function high precision quantification of gas inputs and outputs is possible.
